Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre Open Day

Be inspired on a visit to the Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre, where you can learn about Australia’s first and only Saint! Explore the museum with one of our guides or with our new audio tour, take time to relax in our contemplative spaces, and enjoy a cuppa with a Sister of Saint Joseph.

Come and visit the Mary MacKillop Heritage Centre, located on grounds that were purchased by Mary in 1901. The heritage listed building was designed and operational as a place of providence and respite for women in their time of need.

Explore the Mary MacKillop Museum with one of our knowledgeable guides or independently with our new audio tour. Relax in our Contemplation room or visit the Chapel where Mary MacKillop prayed. A highlight of your day will be enjoying a cuppa with a Sister of Saint Joseph.

Guided tours will run every hour between 10.30am – 3.30pm. Contact the Heritage Centre to make a booking. Walk-ins welcome!
