Lime kilns of Wanneroo

Western Australia is home to 26 designated lime kiln sites, 17 of which are located in the City of Wanneroo. Join the City’s Conservation and Heritage Teams and explore some of the City's natural assets and heritage places around remarkable lime kiln sites on this walking tour.

In addition to examining lime kilns, you will explore a local conservation reserve with an experienced guide who will introduce you to an array of plants and animals living in the local area. Our guides will help you discover some exciting and lesser known places right at the doorstep of the City.

Walking will be on sealed and limestone tracks. Walkers will need to be wearing sturdy closed in shoes, hat, and sunscreen. Please bring a water bottle.
