Heritage and Sustainability Webinar Series
Join the NTV and a host of industry professionals as we explore the intersections of heritage and sustainability through the work of the National Trust. As part of the Australian Heritage Festival 2023 we will be presenting a webinar series discussing various topics, including; biodiversity and sustainability at our sites, tree and landscape protection, climate change, and conservation of heritage buildings. Opened by Professor Philip Goad, Chair of the Heritage Council of Victoria, join us for the official launch event of the Australian Heritage Festival in Victoria. Justin Buckley, Executive Manager South City Properties & Manager of National Trust Gardens will present on the incredible sustainable projects underway at the National Trust owned Rippon Lea Estate. Hear all about tree and landscape protection from our friends across the border in a discussion between, Jelena Ljubisic, Environmental Heritage Advocate for National Trust Victoria and Joanna Wells, Trees Advocate for National Trust South Australia. This collaboration will cover the similar threats to green space and trees between our two states, and explore what solutions have been found.
