The Walter Burley Griffin Society is giving this 1.5 hour guided tour of the Griffin highlights located in the internationally significant suburb.

Castlecrag was developed as a model suburb in the 1920s and 1930s by the distinguished American architects Walter Burley Griffin and Marion Mahony Griffin. The roads followed the contours, numerous reserves and walkways were created, the houses melded with the landscape and a vibrant community was created and fostered.
Landscape architect James Smallson will be your guide and take you through some of the walkways and reserves.

Please bring hat, walking shoes and water.
