Golden Dragon Museum and Heritage Victoria: A Collaboration

A floor talk by Megan Hall, Collections Manager, Golden Dragon Museum, which focuses on highlighting the collaboration between the Museum and Heritage Victoria in the development of the Museum's temporary exhibition 'Victoria's Goldfields: Chinese Curiosities from Heritage Victoria'.

Introducing the Golden Dragon Museum’s Australian Heritage Festival Floor Talks Series.

‘Victoria’s Goldfields: Chinese Curiosities from Heritage Victoria’ is a collaborative exhibition between Golden Dragon Museum and Heritage Victoria. It presents small vignettes of the Chinese presence across Victoria from the mid-1800s into the 20th century and showcases the significant collection of artefacts held by Heritage Victoria that relate to and show evidence of the Chinese diaspora across the state.

Join Megan Hall, Collections Manager and Co-Curator of this exhibition, every Wednesday of the Festival as she explores and highlights the collaboration between Heritage Victoria and Golden Dragon Museum to bring you the Museum’s first temporary exhibition in over a decade.
