PAST EVENT

From Fibre to Finish

As part of our current exhibition THREADS: the stories we weave, the Coal Creek Spinners will be demonstrating and discussing their making with various fibres, how these are processed and various ways a final item is made. Come along for a cuppa and a chat!

Come for a cuppa then join us at the demonstration and discussion starting at 10.30am.

As part of our THREADS exhibition, the Coal Creek Spinners will be holding a discussion and demonstration where they show different fibres, how these fibres are processed by hand, and the ways in which you can create a finished product. Come along to learn about these processes from ‘go to whoa.’

If you have any projects that you’d like to bring along and work on while in attendance, please do! If you don’t have a project but would like to keep your hands busy we’ll also have materials to make pom poms on the day.

Bookings preferred – please use the contact details provided to let us know you’ll be joining us.
