Fremantle Sailing Club Open Day

Fremantle Sailing Club is open to the public, a day for everyone to enjoy our harbour lifestyle and the Sea Farers historical connection with the waters off Fremantle. Watch divers use antique equipment, enjoy harbour boat rides, free kids activities, see our Functions Expo and much more.

Fremantle Sailing Club are proud to be part of the Australian Heritage Festival once again this year. Why not celebrate the occasion with an Open Day for everyone to come and enjoy.

One of the main reasons Fremantle Sailing Club is involved in the festival is to try and raise money for two charity organisations – Breast Cancer Care WA and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.

As part of the Australian Heritage Festival you will be able to enjoy a live display of Hard Hat diving as done by divers from the late 1800s to the mid 1900s collecting shells around Broome.

Take the opportunity to go out on a sail on a dinghy with tackers, enjoy harbour power boat rides, learn to fish with our anglers, view our photography competition, see our stunning waterfront function rooms as well as lots of free activities for the kids to do!

Come and see why Fremantle Sailing Club is home for over 3,000 enthusiastic members!
