Discover the historic Waverley Estate, where a Victorian mansion, turned hospital, is nestled amongst beautiful gardens. Explore an interactive tour and gather with friends or your children for a picnic.

Join us for a historic walking tour and discover the stunning Victorian past of Waverley. Learn how the buildings raised children, nursed people back to health in the War Memorial Hospital and became a landmark in our community today.

Afterwards, explore a pop-up museum or picnic on the shaded lawn. A barbecue and coffee cart will be available.

Please note that visitors do not need to book to explore the outside of our grounds or enjoy a picnic. Visitors are also advised that the inside of buildings are not accessible. The Waverley Estate is co-managed by Uniting NSW.ACT and NSW Health.
