Building Tension – When to Tear Down and When To Build Up – Panel Discussion

A panel discussion mediated by Brian Wightman with Sam Tucker, Jan Davis and Graeme Walker.

With a high number of heritage buildings here in Tasmania, one of the most important issues we are faced with is what to do with these sites.

Do we conserve these significant places?  Is adaptive reuse a solution? How do our communities benefit from heritage sites and how do we ensure they can continue to do so.  In the wake of the Anglican Churches sell of there is no better time to discuss our heritage at risk and the future potential of heritage sites.
