Asquith: a place of change

Has Asquith ever been a part of your life?
If so this event is for you: a pre-publication preview of a comprehensive history of the suburb of Asquith.
Do you know something the author has missed? Come and meet him and check; it's not too late to add an addendum.

Asquith is currently undergoing rapid change. This function held at the Community Centre at Storey Park, Hornsby overlooks much of the most recent change. Robert Green who has lived in Asquith for nearly 50 years has recently completed a comprehensive history of Asquith but many years issues of the local paper “The Advocate” have been lost.

This is your chance to meet Robert and have any missing bits of the story that you know that were only recorded in the missing local papers, included as an addendum.

As there are will only be a small print run of this full colour highly illustrated 600+ page book, come to the function for an exclusive opportunity to purchase your copy at a discounted pre-publication price. Bring cash with you, (approx. $65 + postage if needed), otherwise copies will be available from collection points once printed.

Enjoy a hot drink while you peruse the proof copy.
